LAYP YOUTH TEAM COMPLETE 2K RUN AT WANSTEAD PARK FOR TEAM BONDING

The London APSA Youth Project (LAYP) youth team took part in a 2K team run at the scenic Wanstead Park, using the natural setting to focus on fitness, discipline, and team bonding. Surrounded by lakes and woodland, the session was not only physically rewarding but also a great opportunity for players to build unity off the pitch.
